- Admission is confirmed only upon completion of all formalities, including payment of prescribed fees and submission of required documents.
- The College reserves the right to deny admission at its discretion and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability in the chosen stream.
3. Fee Policy
- All fees must be paid as per the schedule prescribed by the College at the time of admission.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the College or as mandated by government regulations.
- The College reserves the right to revise the fee structure with due notice, in compliance with DPUE guidelines.
- Late payment of fees may attract a penalty as determined by the College administration.
- Students with outstanding fee balances may not be permitted to appear for examinations or receive academic documents.
4. Academic Policies
- Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% (or as prescribed by DPUE) to be eligible to appear for examinations.
- Regular attendance in classes, practical sessions, and internal assessments is mandatory.
- Students must adhere to the academic calendar, examination schedules, and assignment deadlines set by the College.
- Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating during examinations, will result in disciplinary action as per College policies.
- The medium of instruction is English, and students are expected to participate in all academic activities accordingly.
5. Code of Conduct
All students of Nagachethana PU College are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and decorum on campus at all times.
- Wear the prescribed college uniform during working hours.
- Treat fellow students, faculty, and staff with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from any form of ragging, bullying, harassment, or discrimination. The College maintains a zero-tolerance policy against ragging as per UGC/DPUE norms.
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts the academic environment or brings disrepute to the institution.
- Use college facilities, equipment, and property responsibly. Students will be held liable for any willful damage.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines issued by the College.
6. Use of Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices
The use of mobile phones and personal electronic devices is restricted during college hours unless specifically permitted by faculty for academic purposes. The College is not responsible for loss or theft of personal electronic devices on campus.

10. Disciplinary Action
The College reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, against students who violate the code of conduct, engage in misconduct, or fail to comply with the College's rules and regulations. Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee shall be final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nagachethana PU College shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on information provided, or participation in college activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
